A tangible surface structure is created by parallel lines embossed into the material, which join together to form wide bands. The clear structure of the pattern and the embossed surface of the wallpaper are typical stylistic elements of the Bauhaus era, and this model is a new take on an original wallpaper design from the 1920s. If this wall décor is painted over, the interplay of raised and embossed surfaces creates different effects, depending on the chosen colour.
